The largest and oldest shopping center "Le Caudan Waterfront", tax-free shops in it - "Flemingo Duty free", selling leather, tobacco, alcohol and sweets, as well as "Madison`s Duty free" - it sells watches and decorations.
From the entertainment available to all - from the Kodan you can admire the ocean and watch the port work. In the evenings on the embankment, guests of the city are entertained by musicians, vocalists, representatives of different trends and types of art.
It is worth noting that many attractions and museums in Mauritius are located on the adjacent streets or on the Kodan itself. One of such places is the Didus art gallery, opened in 2002, its symbol is the dodo bird that became extinct as a result of the extermination.
